A Hollywood Story
Hollywood Video owned a corporate jet - a Gulfstream II. While the jet was being towed at the Salt Lake City airport, it accidentally tipped and one wing suffered a one foot hole. The insurance company offered to patch the hole for $25,000. Hollywood Video insisted on a new wing - for $2 million. Following a jury verdict for Hollywood Video, Bob Bonaparte and Arden Shenker obtained a recovery of more than $2.2 million.
